The Zodiac Tri-XO CrossOver was created to give greater flexibility to all pool owners by incorporating a unique dual menu system that allows you to either configure to using traditional salt chlorination or the popular mineral salt method of chlorination.
 
CrossOver Saltwater Chlorinator
Tri-XO is a new generation chlorinator from Zodiac that allows the user to 'CrossOver' between normal pool salt (sodium chloride) to mineral blended salts. Simply select the type of salt you will be using - ‘(standard) salt’ or ‘mineral (salt)’ in the start-up menu, and the chlorinator takes care of the rest.

Zodiac recommends using TRi-XO with our mineral salt, Element. This is a magnesium rich salt blend which makes your bathing experience more enjoyable. In some cases, it may be necessary to begin by using Element Activate mineral salts. Seek advice from your pool care professional about converting your pool.
